Use this page to request deletion of your optional pilot account (callsign / pilot ID) and associated cloud data for Galactic Realms Mobile (com.galacticrealms.mobile) and related Galactic Realms experiences.

What we delete on request

Cloud pilot profile tied to your callsign / pilot ID
Cloud save / progress sync associated with that pilot
Leaderboard / rankings entries for that callsign (where stored on our servers)
Related challenge or registry records for that pilot, if any

What we cannot fully control

Google Play / PayPal purchase history is held by those companies. Cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google’s or PayPal’s policies.
Hosting logs (for example IP and request logs on Vercel) may remain for a limited time under the host’s normal retention.
On-device data (local progress, settings) is on your phone or browser — see “Delete data on your device” below. We cannot remotely wipe your device storage.

Delete data on your device (you can do this anytime)

Android app / TWA: Settings → Apps → Galactic Realms Mobile → Storage → Clear data / Clear cache, or uninstall the app.
Browser / PWA: Clear site data for the game origin, or remove the installed PWA and clear storage for that site.
Clearing device storage removes local progress, settings, and the local pilot ID copy.

How long deletion takes

We aim to process cloud deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a request that identifies your pilot (callsign and/or pilot ID). You will receive a confirmation email when the request is completed, when possible.
