This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you play Nomad Zero 2031, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Game, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Gameplay & progress (on device): campaign progress (unlocked/cleared chapters), salvage, owned weapons and ammo, daily mission progress, Nomad Pass status, and settings. Stored in your browser or app local storage on your device.
Technical / log data: standard web and hosting logs such as IP address, browser or device type, pages or assets requested, and approximate timestamps, via our hosting provider (Vercel).
Contact data (website only): if you email us from mendelpearl.com or another channel, we receive the name, email, and message content you provide.
We do not require an account to play. There is no mandatory sign-up or social login.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect government IDs, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or microphone audio for advertising.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
We do not run third-party advertising SDKs in Nomad Zero 2031.

3. How we use information

To save and restore your campaign and shop progress on your device.
To process and fulfill Nomad Pass unlocks after PayPal (web) or Play Billing (when offered on Google Play).
To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Game and related pages on mendelpearl.com.
To respond to support or privacy requests you send us.

4. Payments

On the web / Vercel version, Nomad Pass may be purchased via PayPal (same checkout path used for Sol Open World Desktop). On Google Play, purchases may use Google Play Billing when in-app products are enabled for the listing. Those providers process payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation of purchase status as needed to unlock content; we do not store full card numbers.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted service providers to run the Game, including:

Vercel — hosting and delivery of the web Game and TWA content.
PayPal — web payment processing when you choose that checkout path.
Google Play — distribution and (when enabled) billing for the Android package com.nomadzero2031.

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and under their respective policies.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only:

With service providers listed above, to operate the Game.
When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
To protect the rights, safety, or security of users or the public.

7. Data storage & retention

On device: local progress remains until you clear browser/app storage or uninstall the app.
Server logs: retained according to our host’s default log retention practices.
Clearing site data for nomad-zero-2031.vercel.app (or the installed TWA) removes on-device campaign saves.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of an indie game service (HTTPS, access-limited hosting). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Age & audience

Nomad Zero 2031 is intended for users 16 years of age and older (zombie violence / survival themes). It is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a person under 16 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your choices & rights

Clear local browser or app storage to remove on-device game data.
Uninstall the Android TWA / PWA to remove the installed app shell.
Request help with data questions by emailing mendelt.pearl@yahoo.com.
Manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions in your Google Play account settings (when applicable).
Depending on your region (for example GDPR/CCPA), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal data — contact us to exercise them.

11. International users

Our services may be hosted in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. By using the Game, you understand that information may be processed in those locations.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy. Material changes may also be noted on the Play listing or promo page when practical.
